    Default You really notice...

    You really notice the difference with a straight once you've been using it for a few months and then are forced back to something else, in my case a Mach 3. I'm currently in Ireland doing research and didn't want to bring all my shaving gear with me. This means two things: 1. I'm stuck using a Mach 3, and 2. I'm growing a beard so I have less to shave. I may not be the best straight razor shaver, but even I notice a HUGE difference with the Mach 3 now - and this is a brand new cartridge. I'm jonesing for a good shave now. It's only 8 more weeks away!

    What part of Ireland? Maybe there's a member nearby who can lend you a razor and strop for a few weeks...?
