Thread: Silent, but shaving on

I haven't been around here much for a while and won't be stopping in much for a while. Some job changes have me crazy busy which limits a lot of things, including spending any time here in the SRP. In fact, my schedule has even forced me to cut back on my straight shaves. Waking up with my mind racing to work, the quality of my shaves was going down. No matter how hard I tried to slow myself down, and keep a light touch, the shaves were getting more uncomfortable with more blood-letting. So, I'm making do with DE's except for some occaissional straight shaves when I can take my time and enjoy it. I'm hopeful things will shift back into a sane gear in a few more months. In the mean time, just thought I'd stop in, and say 'hey'.

Missing hanging out here with other straight shavers. Especially learning from the "old timers" and trying to encourge newbies to hang in there and be patient (about the only "tip" I generally offer ). I'm still loving my straight shaves as much as ever...just not as often for a while.
