All, any, help for the blind is appreciated. Where now is this HELP? I'm looking at the top of the page and see such things as: Home, Forums, FAQ, ChatBox Full, etc, but they are apparently of no "Help".
Should I be looking otherwhere? And where would that be?

At the top from left to right is Forums,Help Files, user cp ect
