Who? Me?
The really bad part is that you probably already have a good selection of waterstones etc, so now all you need is a good knife collection to sharpen up!
If you've never used a razor sharp kitchen knife, you'll see such a difference. It's like going from a Bic disposable to (insert your favorite straight razor here)...
I've noticed that the fresher the food is, the more you need a knife. So now I've actually started eating healthier. If I plan a dinner that doesn't need knife work, then I know that it's probably not as healthy or fresh as it could be! Or is that just an excuse to feed my addiction....hmmm.... Nah... it's definitely about the health...

Thanks a lot Ben. I actually went to that forum yesterday just after you posted it, I'm always up for a disaster. Man, there are some fine blades out there for any occasion, I love it! I'm safe for the time being with my various ADs as my income level only allows me to look at all of the nifty expensive toys however. I am about to start with a new client, three nights per week in home diner service for five, hot lunch delivery at the office for two, three to five days per week, and prepping kids lunches when school starts.
Cush for all of us but I am really afraid of what may happen with my AD syndrome, not to mention the opportunity to spend a lot more on my girlfriend as not to seem selfish with my new toys.
Oh well, at least it all serves a functional purpose right? I guess I can use the kitchen knives as a tax rite off also!!!Last edited by davisbonanza; 08-03-2008 at 12:59 AM. Reason: commas
