Thread: SRP SEPTEMBER 2008 GIVEAWAY (IS NOW CLOSED)

Starting Monday September 1st at 12:01 am EDT we are going to start the September SRP giveaway.

This giveaway will last for fifteen days finishing at 11:59 pm EDT on September 15th.
When you sign in your post number will be your raffle number and from that number the winners will be chosen.

These giveaways are for ALL members regardless of how long they have been members and not broken down into groups as it was in the past.

I would ask that when you sign in you say something like "sign me up please" somewhere in the text otherwise I will not know if you are signing up or just making a comment. If you have already signed up please does not post again as that will take up another post number. Please, if you are not signing up do not make any comment posts as this will also take up another post number. I will be checking on double posts and will PM you if you have made one and the latest one will be deleted.

On the day after the closing time I will notify the winners and get their address and mail out the prizes.

There will be three winners with the first prize being a bit better than the other two and so on.

First prize: (1) Is a Narutaki Japanese hone donated by Jimbo and is in the grit range of 6000 to 10000. The top of this hone is very smooth. The top part of the notched area that you see does not interfere with the honing surface. This hone is 7 3/4 inches long, 2 3/4 inches wide, 1 inch thick. (2) A black Latigo strop which made at the Heirloom Razor Strop Co. It is 24 inches long tip to tip and 2 ½ wide. The surface is very smooth with not cuts. (3) A jar of Classic Brand Premium Unscented Shave Cream.

Second prize: (1) Is a 5/8 H. Boker shave ready straight razor donated by mr_wizzard2004
with Ivory colored scales. This razor is really pretty nice and clean. (2) A 12 oz. bottle of Pinaud Clubman Virgin Island BAY RUM.

Third prize: (1) Is a 5/8 shave ready Wester’s “Manganese Steel” straight razor with faux bone scales. (2) A 2 ½ oz. box of Deluxe Shave Soap with aloe vera & shea butter for dry skin.
