Customer service from John Crowley
I recently purchased a quarter hollow Wacker razor with horn scales. When it arrived, I was disappointed to find that there were several gouges on the spine of the razor where it should have been perfectly smooth. I contacted John and he agreed to take back the razor without reservation. There was NO "I will take a look at it when it arrives and make a determination" or anything. I was very pleased with his professionalism.
He offered me the option of taking the razor back and providing a refund or providing another razor. Since he had some additional 1/4 hollow grind Wackers in stock with a French point, I decided to take a replacement. I am very much looking forward to receiving it on Tuesday.
So, what this amounts to is a unabashed plug for the customer service that John provides. Vendors like this make dealing over the Internet a pleasure.

absolutely john has some of the best customer service out there he also answers his emails

That's good to know. I just ordered a Wacker from John and I'm anxiously awaiting its arrival.

john has attended our DFW get togethers and he is just an awesome person to deal with. he always has great samples and examples of what he has in stock. the razors he has are beautiful. willing to answer any question, give advice on different topics, and just chit chat.
glad you had good dealings with him so far and i am sure he will make any necessary arrangements to insure you are satisfied. enjoy your razor.
