I ordered a coticule from them:

-I placed an order on October 2nd
-They billed my credit card on October 3rd
-I contacted them via phone on Oct 17th and 21st for an update on the order
-I followed up those calls with emails
-No one has returned my calls (as promised during my telephone conversations)
-My order has not arrived
-The web site claims same day shipping

I now have to dispute the charges to my credit card and wait 30 days to get my money back.

Caveat Emptor!
