Spike's post could almost have been written by me. I've never been less than very happy dealing with the Invisible Edge.

Very many thanks for all the kind comments - I think this customer and I have now had speaks and all is OK. The problem is simply one of cost. My software allows an 'Hi! thanks for the order!' kind of response, directed to a page on the website - but the cost of autoresponding with all details to an order is in itself an order of magnitude greater, requiring (in my experience) some fairly advanced coding that costs MONEY. On balance I thought that customers would like me to keep costs down and pass on the savings. If anyone orders from any of my sites (and that includes the new www.thiers-issard.co.uk VERY soon) and want confirmation, just drop me an email. Anyone who knows me will agree I like to talk!

One thing I would like to say is that, unlike some razors bought from some places, the invisible edge razors are shave ready as stated so beginners like me can buy with confidence.I bought a lovely Flic razor recently.Excellent razors and service.
