    Viktor, these very well informed.
    Up to 22 euros were exempt from customs duty. From that value had to pay tariffs of 4% + 16% VAT = 20%. In practice in Spain paid only orders exceeding $ 100. Except for the shipping agency "FedEx, UPS, etc". they pay all without exception because separate charge a premium for the efforts customs.

    Does this mean imported item under 150 euros will be exempt for tariffs and VAT? If that's the case it'll be a devastating to a lot of european online businesses.
