eBay was nice to me tonight. MIB Hess 44!
Unused HESS 44 Straight Razor SOLINGEN GERMANY MIB Anti - eBay (item 110310391660 end time Nov-16-08 18:29:21 PST)
Not even a last minute snipe attempt! I had a 10% off coupon code, so the total with shipping was 150 bucks. Not too bad for a MIB Hess 44, huh?
I also got a DD SatinEdge for 27 bucks, but I think it might have been rescaled. :/ I didn't notice until after the auction had closed. Oh well, it's still a nice blade. DUBL DUCK PEARLDUCK SATINEDGE STRAIGHT RAZOR GERMANY - eBay (item 200273822852 end time Nov-16-08 17:21:05 PST) What do you guys think, rescaled? I thought the SatinEdge came with the lettering on the scales...

Nice catch!
I think the DD schales are original, their basic razor, I think it is calles Special No.1, has plane yellowish scales.Plus ça change, plus c'est la même chose. Jean-Baptiste Alphonse Karr.
