    well this aint a movie but a cowboy tv show from 60's and 70's called " GUNSMOKE", a episode in 1971 called "lynott", matt dillon (james arness) the marshal gets shot in a shootout and is bed ridden to recover, at 16 minutes into the show his girlfriend (kitty) shaves matt dillon using a straight, she then strops the razor( using good technique) and shave his neck as he gets nervous. funny scene.

    A couple of years back (ie, when he was still alive) Mike Reid was seen shaving with a straight in that fine british soap opera...err, I mean "Continuing drama". Eastenders
