Neat EBay Experience
I just made an interesting sale on ebay. I listed a bunch or razor boxes that I don't have matching razors for. One was a Spagna & Clinco...neat black box with white fancy lettering. Sold for maybe $5 and I got the payment and an e-mail today........Amaila Spagna & Luigi Clinco were the buyers grandparents!
I mentioned our group to the buyer and invited him here. Maybe he has some history to share of this razor maker/seller, and maybe someone here has a Spagna & Clinco razor they could sell to him.
My second odd sale on eBay. My first was selling a book on Civil War Ordnance to a local guy asking if he could pick it up. I answer the door and there is the buyer, a guy I knew from way back when. I didn't recognize the name when I made the sale but I am sure the neighbors recognized his vehicle, our Baltimore City Bomb Disposal Unit. Probably wondered what I was up to...........hmm, he was always such a quiet fellow and kept to himself a lot

Hey Tony,
I just realized you live in Baltimore. That's where my parents are from.
Mom's family lived near York & Northern Parkway (we used to skateboard on the parkway when they were constructing it) and my dad's family lived near York & University. I think they call it Greenmount area?
Where'bouts are you?
I've grown up mostly in Richmond, VA area, but Balto always feels like home.

Parry,
I used to live in Randallstown when I was a child and now live in Perry Hall off of Belair and Harford Roads. My wifes parents have lived in a little cottage neighborhood right off of York and Northen where you used to live.
Small world.
