Thanked: 735RAD rage? (Bigspendurs' sig)
Sparks, Nevada Police report last night Homer La Fong Died while shaving with his straight razor. His wife reported he was using his Iwasaki Razor and while shaving his neck it just seemed to have a mind of its own and came to life and cut his throat. Subsequent investigation revealed the razor belonged to Toshiro Kawasaki a WWll Kamakazee pilot who was killed when his plane slammed into the USS Yorktown. His last act was to shave with that razor. It is suspected the razor is haunted.
Homer was not a victim of supernatural events, but rather a victim of Razor Aquisition Disorder.
This in itself is not usually fatal.
What did prove fatal is that his wife found out just how much Homer spent on that Iwazaki, and turned the razor against him!

Then can it be assumed that Toshiro Kawasaki's wife found out how much he'd spent and he had a choice, slice or kamakaze?

You guys have way too much time on your hands.
Your really trying to search for the meaning of life in my sig line?
Well you see, Homer's wife actually bought him the razor as a present from a Japanese vendor on Eboy and it was his father who had owned the razor and used it just before taking off and he also told Homers wife the razor was haunted and should never be used. My understanding is Homers wife took out a big insurance policy on him just before giving him that razor.
So Homers wife is now a wealthy woman and would have gotten away with it but that vendor heard about it and tried to shake her down but she wouldn't give him the paltry sum he wanted so in anger he contacted the local police and under questioning she admitted to have wanted to kill him for years. So she's now in the state pen. And the razor? it was sold on Eboy to some unsuspecting member on some shaving site.
So that's the end of the story and I think I should get some award for coming up with this stuff or is it really true? Bought any Japanese razors lately? Is the draw on the strop something more than it should be?No matter how many men you kill you can't kill your successor-Emperor Nero

Thanked: 26Here's an actual incident. Comment is unnecessary but is certainly allowed and is possibly encouraged.
