Thread: Is It Just Me ?

Is it just me or does anyone else do this. Whenever I get into a new hobby I always meed to find the older/vintage items to go with the hobby. Today I go on ebay and buy 3 Glass bottles for Pinaud Aftershave for $12 . They are all full but 2 of them have been opened, but if they have gone bad I will refill them with new product and use them. I just have a thing for glass bottles, Is anyone else like this? Im going to try and find the vintage bottles for all my aftershaves.

I tend to do the same thing with my hobby's too.
When I was young I was good at saving money but now that I am older I find that I want to spend money on old things.
Like cars, boats, motorcycles, razors mugs etc.

You think we are trying to be younger by buying older things? I just bought a Nokia N75 cell phone, this thing is waaay to young for me!

Rick since i got the idea of straight shaving a few weeks ago I find myself on ebay buying old bottles from drug stores, old shave stuff, Old Powder tins. Its crazy. I know that when I know what to look for as far as razors I will be buying "Vintage " razors
