Why is # of posts goes down?

I have no idea wbout why your post count has gone down, but this typically happens for the following reasons:
1) one or more of your posts was deleted
2) a thread that contained one or more of your posts got deleted.
3) one or more of your posts has been moved (either directly or as part of an entire thread) has been moved to a location that is inaccessible to you.
I just checked and one of the threads that was moved out of sight contained a post by you. So that is why your post count went down.
