Thread: SOTD?

I don't completely understand this thread. Do we just take pictures of what we used to shave that particular day?

Short answer? Yes. It's our porn..

A little longer answer,yes,but it gives us a chance to see and appreciate the razors,brushes,scuttles,lather bowls,strops,after shaves,balms,etc.that others use.It's a good way to check out some of these things in a setting other than on-line stores,ebay,etc.Some of the SOTD posters do a fantastic job of layout,lighting,and photography to the point that it's an art......Back to the short answer,it's our porn!

I have to be honest, guys. First of all, I do not use a straight razor these days, because of a cataract in my left eye, and sometimes my SOTD posts may sound strange because English is not my 1st language. I am a DE shaver, and until my eye is fixed, I am very afraid to use a straight. I do my best to post in English, but I know I make many mistakes. I speak other languages perfectly, but my English is weak.
