Thanked: 156Just a thought, but shouldn't the price of razors be going down?
With the economy being so bad and all.

No matter how bad the economy gets there are still many many people who are doing very well. Even during the Great Depression fortunes were made.

Thanked: 156True. I'm thinking more about economics. Razors = inelastic demand? Inverse demand? Unhurt by recessions? Some food for thought.

They do not need to come down until people stop buying. With companies like Dovo and TI not being able to meet demand, even in today's economic crisis, why would they lower prices?
When people stop buying, whatever the comodity, then prices will (should) drop. Until then it is still a sellers market.

IME the ones I am selling are going down and the ones I am buying are going up Some people say that I am paranoid when I make statements like that. I tried to go to paranoids anonymous but no one will tell me where the meetings are.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

And Dovo just raised there prices ... i forgot how much but they went up ...
its all about the demand as stated before.
If we all had just 1 or well lets say 7. If we all had just a 7 day set and that was it then demad would drop. BUT that is not the case. 7 would be the full rotation and last us the rest of our lives and then be passed on to the next generation.
Just look at the waiting list for some of the custom guys. Some are 6-9 months and we are not talking about a $150 razor we are talking some serious coin !
