Sign me up please

I am new to the SRP, being a member less than one hour. I have been wandering around trying to get a sense of what all is here and am still learning. I have a thousand questions...but I want to see what has been written already...no sense reinventing the wheel.

I came across the April Giveaway information and, if I am reading this correctly, all a member needs to do is to reply to this post (I'm new to "forums" also.) and say "Sing me up please" or otherwise indicate that is the purpose of the message and I (we, all of us) are automatically signed up to enter the giveaway. I hope I got that right, I'd like to sign up. I'm not sure how to communicate with members yet. I'll first be doing a lot of reading on line.

Again, if I'm reading this correctly, this is an incredible giveaway. Wow. You guys sure know how to make someone feel welcome!

I have a strop,a mug/soap and a brush, two of my grandfather's razors that need restoring and a razor I bought new about 30 years ago (don't know if it is sharp). Never used any of them...but decided it was time. Hope to learn a lot as a new member and then to shave something besides balloons.

Thanks to whomever is administering the giveaway and to whomever(s) donated the prizes. And future thanks for all I anticipate learning. Now I'll see if I can figure out how to send this into the correct cyberspace.
