Default A very big Thank You

First of all, I would like to say that I'm a member of this wonderful forum since 10-17-2008... I bought a shavette a week earlier along with some Arko soap... First shave was the best shave I had until then, although my face was nicked...

I started straight razor shaving from a scratch... I had nothing to do first week when my semester started so I was pretty bored and spent most of my time on the internet... And one day I was looking for some shaving equipment (hated my Mach III, too much ingrown hair) and came across some page with straight razors... So I googled "straight razor" and came across some forums (along with SRP) but I downloaded Christopher Moss' The Art Of Straight Razor Shave and it was love at first reading... I found out that it really is an Art...

    Everything else is history...

And here I am, 20 years old with all the shaving equipment that I never tought that I'll have, need or use...

I learnd how to restore razors, how to hone them, how to strop them, how to shave with them and how to take care of them, all thanks to the SRP comunity who has been like a second familly to me...

Thanks to all those people who have been very polite to me and who always answered my PM-s and to all those people who took the time to help me with my problem...

I only seek to be as good as You all are...

And a big thank You to the founders of the SRP, the best wet-shaving forum that exists on the internet...

Default Thank you to mr. Ronald

I just wanted to say thank You for the razors and for the soaps that You sent...
I had a shave today with the W.H. Morley & Sons and it was a great shave...
I finally have a reference on sharpness of shave ready razors (my were pretty, pretty close, just a few strokes more on the 12k)...:-)
And Williams just exploded with lather when I swirled my brush on it...

Robert, I'd glad to hear that you are happy with your razors. Just don't tell anyone how long it took me to get them to you.

Well, that actually happened last Easter... My aunt from Germany called and she wished to me all my family a Merry Christmas... I was just staring at the phone...
