    I had a similar idea, but I get to enjoy a bit more variety.

    I have a program named Wallmater that will change the desktop image as quickly as every two minutes to once per day. I scoured the SOTD thread and pulled the pictures from it so I can have a different shaving picture as my background. I've got so many of them being rotated that I have the frequency set to change every 10 minutes and I don't often notice the same picture in the background throughout the day.

    Hope the SOTD photographers don't mind my using their images in such a way. It really helps me to reach that calm place sometimes when things get tense round the office.
