Thread: Jon Engstrom straight edge razor

I am wondering if someone would help me with an item of my grandfathers. I would like to find out as much about the item as possible (Age, value etc.) I have scanned the razor and all its marks and could send you the scans if you would be so kind to help me. It's a Jon Engstrom straight edge razor. It has markings on the shank on on both sides of the blade. One side says Jon Engstrom, Eskilstuna,Sweden with the number 50 sideways. The other side has 5 feathered arrow with the date J E 1874 with a hallmark behind the arrow. It came in a box with "William Ferron on one side and Stahlwaren - Bankowsky on the the other side.
