The exchange rates continue getting closer as the Euro falls to levels previously enjoyed by the dollar. I would blame it more on increased fuel costs than anything with inflation being a close second. Everything is getting more expensive as the federal reserve prints money faster than Parker Brothers prints their rainbow colored currency.

Increased fuel costs would affect the cost of mining, shipping ore, smelting, forging, grinding, shipping product, ect.
