Thread: What attracted you to the straight razor?

I thought it was cool, bad ass and cheap. Now I know that other people don't really care what I use to shave myslef, it isn't really bad ass and as I have RAD it definitely isn't cheap. So I stay with the straight because I love the shave (and have to justify my RAD)

I actually got into it because i liked the vintage style pretty much anything that looks old or beat up. also, i wanted to have something to pass down (sorta like in gangs of new york when he passes the razor to his kid). after i realized it was cheaper i was sold and ended up with the best shaves ive ever had and none of that razor burn
