    Hi there,
I haven't been here in awhile. I used to sell boxes through Chrisgiraffe Woodworks but then had a child and stopped. I have a new product that might be of use to restorers and want to bring it to their attention but don't want to misstep and come off as a troll/pest/salesman/hack/indian agent/mexican bandit/hornswaggler/bushwacker, etc.

What's the most appropriate way/forum to get the word out?

    Chrisgiraffe,

the best way for you would probably be the vendor's corner of the forum. before you do post please read the vendor's corner rules and policies.

If not you have the classifieds. You can read the forum rules here

    Thanks for asking.

Drop myself, Bruno, or Glen a note describing the product and depending on the product you may be able to discuss in in the workshop as long as you only discuss what it is and how it works. not price or taking orders there, that type of thing is whats the vendors forum is for.

Welcome back Chris! And congratulations on the new family.

I bought a cherry wood razor coffin from Chris a while back and can certainly vouch for his integrity as a seller.

Looking forward to seeing more of your work here Chris.

    Cheers

Good to see you again, Chris. The box I bought from you now houses my son's birth razor with his initials and birth date on the scales which he will use when he's old enough.

Congrats on the family too. Ain't it wonderful how sleep feels sooooooooo good?

Man, when I read something like that it makes me really miss making boxes. Heck, I'd give them away if they all went to things like that.

And yeah, sleep is a short commodity these days in the household, but on the flipside seeing my little girl happy to see me just recharges the energizers in me. :-)
