Thanked: 3Forum for old vintage sheffield razors?
Why don't we have a forum for vintage razors made in Sheffield, England as well as other places? There are a lot of old razors made by companies that no longer exist, couldn't we provide a forum for discussion, identification and history of these razors to better understand their value?

Check out this link here. There are individual brands in the Razor Clubs and various brands in the stub tailed shavers. Also the razor data base in the SRP Wiki.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

Thanked: 416just keep in mind that we don't discuss value. The value a collector puts on a razor is very different than the value a shaver puts on a razor its very subjective. Also we don't want this site to become a stopping by spot to see what somethings worth on a sellers way to ebay. We are here to discuss and teach the art of shaving with a straight razor to discuss histories of the companies and razors but not to act as razor appraisal service.
