Default Finally bought my first hone

to sharpen my two razors that I have.

The first I bought (which I have not sharpened yet but it could use a touchup) from Oz. It's a Josiah Barnes dated 1834. About two months later I bought a vintage Henry Sears and Sons from 1865. That's what I went to town on with my new Norton Wetstone 4000/8000 combo.

Wow. What a difference. It's like slicing through butter now. I will have to start getting used to keeping the razors sharper as I gave myself a nice knick on the chin. Sooooo much smoother.

I'm convinced to get my buddies into SR shaving now. That's my new mission

Just did the other and it's cutting hair like a dream. I think I have a natural talent for this stuff. Anyone need something done?
