Thanked: 17Skydiving after a straight shave...
Hi all,
Back after a loooong hiatus..... finally got rid of the 'shakey hand syndrome' (changed meds), and have brought some of my better straights back online as shavers again!
I have also begun to skydive (only have 10 freefall jumps in so far, but am addicted!) .... and just today thought what a rush it would be to jump immediately after a nice close straight shave! The sensation would be awesome, I think! I will find out on the 15th .... taking a few friends up for a few jumps that weekend. I plan to take my original SRP Razor (#30) to the DZ, shaving there just before gearing-up and getting on the jump plane. The freshly shaved, and exquisitely sensitive facial skin should feel awesome in freefall, I think! I will moisturize the heck out of it before jumping .... 120+mph wind in freefall could REALLY dry it out! LOL!
I will let you know how it goes .... either way, it is GREAT to be back and able to use a REAL razor again!

You are really good when you can shave during the jump!

Well, I'm disappointed. I thought this post would be about some crazy stunt like shaving with a straight while plummeting through the air and slapping on some aftershave as you hit the ground.

Thanked: 17
****> Hmmm...that would be possible to stage, but I don't think I want to complicate the skydive just yet. And if I ever dropped the butter knife, and it dropped onto someone, something at that speed, well...ouch. Besides, I have enough things to be doing in freefall at the moment!
PS: Three of my razors are now up and running after a long layoff! The TI's are especially sweet shavers!
