hmmm appears to be a strop to the 3rd power as the title "strop 3" implies

Well, Old School step up and take a bow. Its a fabric strop from the kanayamara strop made in Japan of course. I don't know what its made of so everyone who said its a strop got it right too.

So why did I say the answer is X-rated? It was a hint. You strop with an X pattern-Har,Har.(what did you think you would seeing some x rated pictures of someone?)
