    Default Does anyone know where Utopian went? Is he okay?

    Hey all,

    The Member database shows him not being online since the 22 of August or something like that. Does anyone know where he went to? Is he okay? Was there a post made earlier about this?

    I'm just wondering because my "backup" razor has a nick in the blade now (fell in the sink), and he was rehabilitating two Torreys for me. I'm not so much worried about them as I am him, though.

    Any clues? Thanks.

    I heard from him a week ago. He is very busy with work at his vocation and with necessary remodeling at his house. So busy that he has had to take a temporary hiatus from SRP. I assure you that you can depend on Ron to get your razors back to you in a shave ready condition when all is said and done.
    Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

    His PM Inbox is full. I'm trying to get in touch with him, but it appears he hasn't been active on SRP for a while. Does anyone have an update on Utopian?

    According to the member's list in the 'community' menu in the toolbar above he last accessed SRP on 9-20-09. I guess he must be very busy at present between work and family. I haven't heard from him myself.

    I really hope he shows up soon or someone can contact him. Otherwise, I'm facing about a 65$ loss... and still nothing to show for it. I hope someone in Charleston can hone up this nicked one...

    Default Okay, so I went to my mailbox today...

    And there was a package from Ron!

    He sent back both of my razors WITH an extra honed up Double Arrow! I cannot explain how good it felt to shave with that Torrey today! He did an amazing job, and regardless of the delay, he provided fantastic service.

    I have no doubt that if I need another razor honed, it will be going to Ron. He did a great job and I wish him all the best!
