Thread: Dear South Carolina Straight shavers...

First of all, I had no idea where to put this thread so if any of you moderators feel the need to move it, I promise I won't be offended.

Now to the heart of the matter. Those of you from the Upstate region here is beautiful SC may be familiar with the Anderson Jockey Lot. I was wondering if any of you have every scored anything good there, and whether or not it would be worth a weekend trip to check it out.

I'm working in upstate this weekend. Will be coming up here periodically. I'm new. I haven't even done my first straight shave yet! Have a ton to learn. Where is the place you're talking about? I would like to check it out.

It is kind of between Greenville and Anderson. I'm not sure on the exact address, but I know there is a website. Just google Anderson Jockey Lot. It's basically a huge flea market. And by huge, I mean it's basically a small town. But anyway, it is open every weekend year round I believe, but I know it's super huge during later summer/early fall when humans can actually stand to be outside all day.

If you ever feel the need to check it out and need company, feel free to swing by Clemson, just up the road from Anderson
