Hopefully this is the first of many successful hunts together.

Dang Sham......That is a GOOD deer for your first hunt. Mine was a 4 point taken with a bow back on Halloween. Spent many times in the wood during season to get it too......

I am bumping this for Lynn, if someone knows how to send him the link to this thread I would be appreciative.

    Thats a nice deer.
But I have to say I was disappointed when there was a deer instead of a razor.
    Congratulations anyway.

I thought the same thing... I figured a thread from Sham about hunting would show a picture of a stone that he found at a flea market.

Thanks for digging this one up N2S. It's nice to see the interests of other forum members.

Sorry to disappoint you guys But we were sitting around the fire the other night and discussing Sham and I's hunt and Lynn had mentioned the fact that he had not seen this thread, I would send him a PM with a link, but alas, I am computer illiterate!

Beautiful dear. I got a couple of KA-BAR's a couple of months ago and I can't wait to take them out while hunting and camping!

Eat that guy up and turn the antlers into a matching set of scales and brush to commemorate the event! Engrave the date on the bottom of the brush handle.
