    I'm doing medical research so no prescriptions or surgery (which is a good thing as anyone who has seen me wield a straight would attest to).

    And I kinda agree with Joe above, but the doctors do have a certain responsibility to not rely on quick fix pharmaceuticals to hide the problem instead of dealing with it. Did someone say off topic?

    The use of bleach is a very extreme step. I have had razors rust immediately when immersed in a 100% solution. Most of the suggestions for the use of bleach is as a 10% solution with water.

    Use alchohol or a commercial preperation. Its easier on the razor.
