Thread: Brainbuster Holiday Giveaway..FINAL RULES...

So here is how we’re going to do this. We have members all over the place so timing is impossible to set so it’s really fair to everybody but the best way to do this is as follows; On Saturday December 12, 2009 I will post the questions for the give-away at 5PM Mountain Time here in the U.S. (-7 GMT). The first person to answer ALL the questions CORRECTLY will be the winner and I’ll use the post times for their response to determine the winner. No tricks here, all questions will have a correct answer based on the hints in the shaving brainbuster from previous weeks since the contest was announced. If there happens to be more than one winner I guess I’ll have to ask the General to pick who wins. The questions will be posted in a sticky on the general forum entitled “here we go”. That is where you will respond and that is where I will award the prize sometime in the following 24 hours. If anyone has any disagreements that is where to post them. Now I know I just said the first person to respond correctly to ALL the questions is the winner however taking into account differing internet services I will set a 3 minute window where if more than one person has the correct answer 3 minutes from the first correct answer all those who have the correct answer within that 3 minute period will be tie breakers left up to the General to decide.

What if there are no winners? Then there are no winners and I will announce another contest shortly thereafter.

So, anotherwords, to make this clear. If Joe baggadonuts posts his correct answers at 510PM and he is the first to do so everyone else has until 513 PM to post their answers to invoke a tiebreaker situation. In that case at 513PM the contest is over and all answers during that 3 minute period will be evaluated. If Joe is the only one with the correct answers he wins. If there are others it’s a tiebreaker.
