SRP DONATION DRAWING (WITH A MODIFICATION TO THE PIRZE. SEE NOTE IN THE THREAD)
Members, in the spirit of the previous holiday in the way of giving SRP is offering a drawing to create more donations for the monthly giveaways. This past season was for the spirit of giving so this drawing will be for the good of the members and the community overall.
The rules are pretty simple. Every member who donates something for the MONTHLY SRP GIVEAWAY will be entered in a drawing for the five piece prize that is pictured below. Your SRP name will go into the drawing for each donation package regardless of how many items are in the donation. Your SRP name will also be listed as a donor. Just send your contributions to me (str8razor) and you will be entered into this drawing. If you need my home address please drop me a PM.
This drawing will last until 11:59 pm January 31, 2010. The donation has to be in my hands at that time regardless of when it was mailed SO PLEASE MAIL EARLY.
ALL OF US AT SRP HOPE THAT YOU HAD A MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR.
NOTE:
jeffus, the donor of the 8" Dia-Sharp Diamond Stone extra fine 1200 grit hone has recalled it and is replacing it with a A Spyderco 2 x 8 inch Ultra Fine Grit Ceramic Whet Stone which in my opinion is a better hone and is a 6000 grit hone.

This an "OLD DOG" strop made by "Hand American" donated by Classic Shaving. It is three inches wide and is made of pressed leather. It has two pieces of leather one for a pre-stropping which is similar to the linen on other strops and the other for the final stropping.

Thanked: 1I don't have anything to donate as I am just getting started with straight razor shaving but i wanted to tell all the donors what a great idea it is. As a newbie I haven't tried or even heard of a lot of the products that have been donated so even if i don't win them, i can see what they are and put them on my list of things to acquire. Thanks again to all donors and good luck on the drawing
