Thanked: 0newbie help
over on shavemyface.com, we have some guys really talking up wanting to try straights, and of course, i and others send them over here. most of them want to try a straight to see if they are cut out for it, and would not mind buying a strop (we tell them about tony a lot and handamerica) but are hestitant to get a razor that they do not know anything about and then invest in other stuff.
i know lynn at times had guys donate razors they did not use and had honed up. is that still going on? or a loaner type of situation. i think some of the guys interested lurk around these parts, so maybe a reply in the forum would help them know who to contact

Thanked: 2209Hello Sam,
Thanks for the support! I hope to have some loaners available in the near future. Unfortunately my pocketbook is to small for donations.
May I suggest that whomever wants a "loaner" just post a message here asking for one? I think that there would be a positive response.
Hope this helps,Randolph Tuttle, a SRP Mentor for residents of Minnesota & western Wisconsin
