This is really something you need to bring up with the vendor first. Have you emailed them? There is also a telephone number on the website, so if email is unsuccessful you can try calling them as well.
If it transpires that they dont ship to Europe then you can ask the seller for a refund.
If you contact the seller and hear nothing back after a reasonable amount of time, or they refuse a refund, then you can log a dispute with PayPal I believe. I'm not sure exactly what that will achieve having never done it myself, but I believe there is a process you can go through with them if all else fails.
But the first port of call has to be to contact the vendor and then take it from there. Only log a dispute with paypal once all other avenues have been explored.Last edited by Stubear; 12-14-2009 at 06:02 PM.

With all due respect, making sure of shipping is generally those questions to ask before buying - not everybody will submit.
However, if you bought through the store, I think you could choose your shipping destination. At least I could get a quote for shipping to Sweden. (BTW, nice to see more scands here. Välkommen.). You should have gotten a time estimate too.
A month gone? But if it needed to ship through ships, it might take a while. Like Sir Stubear said there - contact the seller (of course, very respectfully) if he has a tracking number and/or details when he shipped the goods. If you get a tracking number, check online where the package is.
It is possible that it had been held in customs too - they might take their sweet time handling it too.

I have been contacting the vendor by email but haven't got any replies. I guess I can give them a call and ask for a tracking number.
Ursus, kiitos. I don't know how many scandinavians we are here though.

OK. Give the a bit time to respond to the emails, or just pop them a call. If they're still unresponsive, you might have to start looking ways to get your money back.
There's a few nords here that list their locations. There's also a nordic community and it has some talk in swede.
