To get rid of the Tweet slider and the numbered red dot in one go:
1. go to the AdBlock Plus add-on's Preferences
2. click Add Filter (it's at the bottom left)
3. paste the following: straightrazorplace.com##DIV[onclick="return tb_pre_wtb.icon_click()"]
4. click Okay
Guess I should add that you need the AdBlock Plus extension for this method.
