    Ray-
As with many on this board, my first conversation about using a straight razor was with you... subsequent conversations about strop pastes and the like were to come. I send my prayers. Go well.

Words fail me Ray, you can't begin to realize how much you will be missed. Like many others, you were my first contact in this new art, I will always remember that if nothing else. You will NOT be forgotten.

    God Bless

It is hard to now what to say when one hears new like this about a some one they know. Your advice took me from a path of on again, off again straight razor shaving to that being my daily routine. You always had the time to talk on the phone and give advice and have helped countless of us either get started or find where we were missing something needed to progress. I am glad to hear your family will continue what you have started, things would not quite be the same without Classic Shaving as a supplier and mentor. I frequent your site often and admire the magnitude of what you have provided for us.
Thank you Ray and God bless you.

    Ray,

God Bless you for all you have done for all of us here. We have never spoken or met, but I admire how you have run your business with such integrity. My prayers are with you and your family.

I am incredibly saddened to read your message Ray. You have been a pillar of our online community, a true ambasador for fine shaving products and exceptional customer service. I am pleased your family will continue ClassicShaving.com -- the world wouldn't be the same without it. May peace be with you and your family.

Ray, like many others here, it is hard to think of what to say. You put the Classic in Classicshaving.

Thank you for being a part of all of us collectively and individually.

    Thanks, Ray.
