    Default Thanks to all

    xman..Et TU BRUTUS...let me re-phrase then.."with a grain of salt" you are 100% right on that...Thanks!

Tony...Then hook me up with the strops I'm not into the fancy blade, but I would like something that someone will recomend under $200.00 not high maintence, just a good quality razor, looks are not important because I would be afraid to use it. I do not know enough about carbon , singing blades, SS, hand forged Blanks, damascus etc . all I read just gets me mixed up . I really am not thinking about honing myself yet either. I would like it done for me till I become very comfortable or even able to atempt it. I have normal skin - rough beard ,I always shave after a 15 min steaming hot shower, and from the advice that everyone seems to agree on is PATIENCE. I need to practice and I will go slow..1 inch a week!

I thank all of you for the feedback and excellent advice...SO FAR !!

For 200$ you get everything: looks, quality, fancy spine work... check these stores and pick what you like. If in doubt, ask Q's here.
