JL asked the same question concerning the TI Sheffeld vs
TI ES.

I asked earlier in the day what the difference between
the TI ES and the TI Sheffeld Silver was. I knew that
the scales probably accounted for some difference, but
was wondering if the quality of the steel was higher.

After posting and getting no response I went searching
and found that JLStorm had asked basically the same question
a day or two ago.
