    Default New collecter?

Check out the item amount now. Probably not a member or we let him down if he is, but a new collecter may have been created.

Have these people lost their minds!!! The last sensible bid was $71 he states he paid $100 for it new. It is not anything special. You can go to the store now and buy it. why would you pay $157 for it. Please help me understand this stupidity!!!

I think it went that high because a strop was also included, otherwise that would make absolutely no sense at all to go that high.

Even with a strop unless it was one of Tony's pasted paddle 4 side strops that is still too much to pay. I sometimes think people get caught up in the bidding and forget to get out.

I'm not buying another Dovo unless I get the cool blue box that goes with some Dovos. Where is the cutoff for that?

Looks like sunglasses box to me... It must be seller's item since it says "Meister Martins" on the tang... anyways, I want one too

Looks like the standard Dovo Renaissance 6/8 which is $119 at Classic Shaving. He says he will throw in a Dovo leathe strop but does not say which one. It could be the small one at $34.95 or their best at $74.95. Some one didn't do their homework before bidding <g>.
