Default Really hot water from a bathroom tap

I am about to get my bathroom re-done and I want to be able to get really hot water for heating my scuttle and for shaving.
I wondered if it was possible to get a hot water boosting stage, something I could turn on which would pass the incoming hot water over an additional heated element to really increase the water temperature from the tap (but could be turned off so as not to constitute a safety hazard).
I don't really want a kettle in the corner as a permanent bathroom addition.
Has anybody got any great or ingenious methods for getting really hot water into their bathrooms in an elegant fashion?

    many thank, Rob

You could install an instant hot water dispenser (Insta Hot or Insinkerator). They are intended for the kitchen and look like a second tap or small gooseneck faucet. They deliver 190 degree water almost immediately.

I would say Tankless water heater but that would be a bigger eyesore than the kettle I would think unless you are gutting your entire bathroom and can hide it in some fashion.

    +1

These are used for making hot beverages on demand and will use less electricity/gas than cranking up the main household water heater.

The cheapest alternative is just allow space on you counter for a small hot pot and in a couple minutes you'll have plenty of boiling hot water.
