Nice looking razor. I considered that one, but went with
    this one instead.

Thanks. I mostly just looked for one with the highest "usability" number at or below $40

You will really like Tony's products. I have purchased a hanging strop and a paddle strop from him. I was very pleased with the quality!!! In my opinion, they blow the competition out of the water.

    Enjoy!

I think Truefitt & Hill actually has a store in Chicago (http://www.truefittchicago.com/index.html). I don't know if I'd get a shave there unless I was really treating myself, but they make some great shaving products. As far as anything straight razor specific, though, I don't know of any other stores.

    Good luck!
The Truefitt and Hill store is located on the 6th floor in Bloomingdales. Even if you don't get a shave there, you should take a look at what they have. That store is like the shaving promised land, they have nearly everything!

Another good store to take a look at is Nordstroms, they have a nice selection of AOS and T&H brushes and soaps. Kind of odd, but they actually have more T&H brushes and holders than the T&H store.

Excellent, I have to go to Bloomingdale's tomorrow anyway, I'll make sure to check it out.

As an aside, this is a fantastic site, it's a shame that it doesn't show up higher on the Google search for "straight razors." Everyone with a website, set up a link here to boost the ranking
