I was wonder if anybody has it and let me know? Looks as good alternative to travel razor as it seems to be made of SS except the handle

Disposable blades.
I don't think I'd buy something like that to travel with. When I travel I take my straight(s) and a DE razor. I've got all bases covered that way.
I'm sure there are some out here who use that kind of razor.

Fortunately, Pawel
I've been lucky when I've traveled by plane. Normally, I travel by car so I don't have to check any baggage. I understand what you mean. There's always that risk when you check baggage. I think I would, in that case, leave the straights home and take only the DE.
