Thanked: 324Thanks, everyone. I just got home from the hospital today and it looks like there will be a lot of big changes in my life from drugs to cardiac rehab programs, new dietary restrictions, etc. I've been told that I was pretty lucky and that the procedures all worked out perfectly on me, so the permanent damage to the heart muscle is less severe than it could have been. I imagine I'll be back to work within a week or so.

Robert,
Glad to hear that you made it thru the ordeal OK. I can only imagine that it was very scary. Good luck on the rehab and I know that you will do it. If anyone can stick to straight razor shaving and make scales like you do they definitely have the stick-to-itiveness to keep up the rehab in order to stay healthy.if anything has been abnormal for a long enough period it then becomes normal.
