New Hobby....
Well hello all, I have been interested in str8 razor shaving for some time now. I joined the SRP and began reading and watching videos. I decided to make the jump and I ordered myself the Dovo Prima Klang set from SRD. This was on 04-29-10, and I have been hoarding every since. Note, I have never used a straight razor prior to receiving my order from SRD. I have since purchased a Dovo Micarta Inox, Boker King Cutter, Col. Conk Bay Rum soap, Mitchells Wool Fat Soap, Bigelogh BBW Shave Cream, Glycerin, Dirty Bird 1.5 scuttle, Target green glass toothbrush holder (works excellent for razor stand), brush stand from bullgoose, SRD Camellia oil, Clubman Pinaud Original, Clubman Special Reserve, Stephans Bay Rum, Dominica Bay Rum, Osage Rub, Thayers Witch Hazel with Aloe, Alum block and a bottle of Alt Innsbruck aftershave. Thats all I can think about at the moment. All I know is that I am really enjoying the art of straight razor shaving and have learned so much from all of you forum members. Thanks again for all the informative information/help.

That is great news to hear! Keep us posted on how the shaves are going.
Now, based on what you wrote, it should be duly noted there is no medication nor cure for acquisition disorders.

Thanks Logistics...........The shaves are going excellent. I spent so much time researching and watching videos before I even placed my order with SRD that it almost felt natural to me to shave with a str8. I will say one thing though, I really love the Boker King Cutter. I have the Prima Klang and the Micarta Inox by Dovo, but for some reason the Boker glides across and is so comfortable. All have been professionally honed by SRD of course.
All I need now is a Barbers Hone if you know where I can get one.
Thanks again

Buckfever4life,
Glad to hear that you are enjoying your foray into straight razor shaving. It sounds like you have acquired quite an impressive shaving kit since April.
