These events force us all to put things in their proper perspective.
For better or worse, we are all products of our parents and judging from my extremely brief interactions with Lynn, his Dad must have been one hell of guy. Celebrate his legacy as well as mourn his passing.

The family bond is the one of the strongest bonds. Having lost both my mother and father i have come to understand this, the unconditional love. My thoughts and prayers are with you and yours. Just my thinking is that as long as the memories and the love exists, the soul lives on. Best wishes to you Lynn.

Lynn, The right words rarely come to me during times like this, I'm always worried I'll say something wrong. Just know I'm sorry for your loss and I pray the anguish lessens quickly.

    Lynn,

What can I say that hasn't already been said here. I feel for you; I lost my mother almost a decade ago and sometimes it seems like only yesterday. I know you'll come through OK. After all, you've got every one of us behind you.
