Thanked: 0OUCH!
I've been shaving with a Dovo for about two years now. I've nicked myself a few times, but nothing major.
The other day, I was in something of a hurry and picked up my razor from the counter, already open. It swung closed on my ring finger.
Figures, my only major shaving wound, and it's on my bloody (ha-ha) hand.

I learned something: slow down and be more careful!

Did that with a folding knife when I was a teenager. Welcome to the club!
Namaste,

Thanked: 3795I continue to be amused by people who cut themselves and immediately run for their cameras!

Ouch indeed!
I find cuts with straight razors bleed like stink because the cut is so clean and fine. If you scrape yourself on something it hardly bleeds at all, but a straight razor cut seems to bleed for ages, and you lose about two pints of blood.
Hope that heals up quickly!
