Thread: Anybody order anything from West Coast Shaving?

I recently tried to order a brush from westcoastshaving.com and they are impossible to get ahold of. I had a question about my order and they give a number to call and ive tried a number of times and no answer. I even left a message to call me back. I was supposed to get a confirmation email when my brush was sent and I havent yet. Now im wondering if this is even a legit website. Any experience with this site? Thanks.

They are a legit site. Been around a long time. Maybe something going on that would account for it. Give it a couple of days or pick an alternative vendor.

It's a small time operation but has been around a while and has an excellent reputation. I've ordered from them with no problems. Like Jimmy said just give them some time.

Wouldn't surprise me if vacations had something to do with this.

Thats where i get MWF, had no problems with them but its been 6-7 months since i ordered anything

Same here. Ordered some soaps last month and they arrived on time and in good order.

I have ordered from them many times. Never any issues at all.

I spoke too soon. My brush arrived today! I never got my Email saying that it shipped so thats where the confusion of mine came into play. They actually called me today too and made sure everything was ok. Thanks.
