Its one of many many vintage Solingen razors manufactured in the past. Probably a good quality razor the question is in what condition is that particular razor in. The foto is a bit blurry so you really can't see any detail but I don't see any rust or corrosion on it. The edge you'll have to gamble on but if the price is right buy it.

Thanked: 8Well I bid and won for $NZ30 = $US18. I reckon pretty good. It looks like the razor has been used once as there are some water marks. No visibly honing wear and the handle looks like it just came out of the box. The box is pretty good too.
I haven't measured yet but it looks like 5/8 blade. The gold etched logo etc is perfect.
So Bill, it does look pretty good.
